Overwhelmed... In a great way.

Wow! The last few days have been quite the whirlwind!
Christmas went by and I had my last days at work followed by a going away/early birthday party with my Living Waters family, and it was amazing. Just to be surrounded by many people who have been so important to me over the last couple years was great.
The Southmayd's got me a journal for my trip, and people at my party took turns writing words of love and encouragement in it for me to read when I'm in Haiti.
After my party was New Years eve and then my last morning at Living Waters for a while. Got to lead some amazing worship and be prayed for by my LW family.
After a great "last meal" with the Southmayds, I packed up my stuff and my good friend Francois and I drove all my belongings over to Klamath to stay there until I fly out on the 9th.
I did a good job holding back emotions all day until I pulled out of the Southmayd's driveway and then I lost it. I pretty much cried the entire way to Klamath thinking, "I can't believe I'm doing this!" I know this next step is scary, but it's only a season, and I won't be detoured by fear. I'm confident that God will sustain me and give me what I need for this next chapter of life.
Thanks again everyone for all your support and prayers! I can't believe I take off in a week!
More to come,
T
